Andre Silva

Co-Founder & Director of International Investor Relations

Andre Silva is a Co-Founder of Global House Investments and leads the firm's relationships with international investors. He is a U.S. Coast Guard veteran and a former Florida law-enforcement officer, and he brings that background of discipline, procedure and service into how the firm handles investor communication and execution.

As a real estate investor and operator, he works directly with investors abroad — particularly across Europe and Latin America — to translate U.S. property acquisition, tenanting and operations into a process that is understandable and workable from outside the United States.

Matheus Faria

Co-Founder

Matheus Faria is a Co-Founder of Global House Investments, a real estate investor and a licensed real estate professional with long experience in the U.S. market. His focus is acquisition: sourcing, evaluating and negotiating residential assets in the markets where the firm operates.

He leads market selection and property-level assessment, and works closely with contractors, property operators and closing partners to move assets from acquisition through improvement and into stabilized operation.

How We Work

Operating principles

The same principles apply whether the investor is acquiring one home or a portfolio.

Recurring income first

Assets are evaluated on their ability to be tenanted and operated, not on speculative appreciation assumptions.

Disciplined acquisition

Price, condition, rent potential and operating cost are assessed before commitment. Deals that do not work are passed on.

Asset improvement

Renovation is scoped for durability and rentability, addressing deferred maintenance rather than cosmetics alone.

Long-term value creation

Hold strategy, capital improvements and exit planning are treated as an ongoing process across the life of the asset.

Real estate investment involves risk, including loss of capital. Global House Investments does not represent that any investment is safe, stable or profitable, and does not guarantee rent, occupancy, Section 8 approval, financing, performance or returns.

In the Field

Where the work actually happens

The firm's work is on the ground: walking properties, scoping renovation, coordinating inspections and keeping occupied homes operating. The images shown across this site are residential assets from the markets in which we acquire and operate.
